Reviews and Ratings
The hotel features extremely clean, quiet rooms with great views and spaciousness, but some rooms overlook nearby apartments too closely, impacting privacy. The service was helpful overall, but there were instances of rudeness and neglect. The location is excellent for shopping and transportation, though parking identification needs improvement. Dining options are varied, and there are plenty of nearby eating choices. Overall, a decent place with aspects that can be improved.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a nice kitchenette, but some rooms face close apartments and lack updated furniture. The service is outstanding, and the location is perfect for various types of travelers, despite being accessible. Dining options are convenient, with nearby restaurants and a sister hotel for meals. Facilities are well-maintained.
I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and lovely with a fantastic view over to Southbank and up to Queen St Mall. The service was amazing, and the staff was extremely hospitable and helpful. The location is superb, close to everything in the city, and the dining options were convenient. However, the parking situation could be clearer, causing some unexpected costs.
The hotel is really centrally located in Brisbane, making it super convenient to explore the city. The rooms were a bit small for a family of 5 needing an extra bed, but they had nice amenities like a fully equipped kitchen and full Austar channels. However, there were some maintenance issues like a faulty phone and a noisy fan. The soft pillows might not suit everyone's preference.
My stay at the hotel was a true mixed bag. On one hand, the rooms were incredibly spacious and clean, each with access to the courtyard area, making it feel very comfortable. However, a much-needed deep clean would have definitely improved things. The service provided was impeccable, with friendly and accommodating staff who truly made the experience memorable. The location was convenient, being in the middle of everywhere you need to go, although the lack of curtains in the room was a bit of a drawback. The dining options were great, especially being so close to Queen Street shops, but the noise level in the suburbs could be bothersome at times.
The hotel had spacious rooms, but unfortunately, they were dusty and not as expected. The view from my room was facing a 24hr car park, lacking privacy and having bright lights all night. The service was good but seemed understaffed and had issues with payment. However, the location was ideal, close to many attractions and public transport. The dining options were limited to nearby establishments.
